Practice Makes…School Days Easier! 🎒✨

Before the first day of school arrives, there are lots of everyday skills you can practice at home!

Try turning these into little practice opportunities:

🎒 Pack the backpack — What belongs inside?
👟 Getting dressed — Practice the morning routine
🍎 Snack & lunch — Open containers and practice eating independently

The transition from summer fun back to a regular routine can take a little time—and that’s okay! 💛

A few simple ways to help make the transition smoother:

✨ Start shifting bedtime and wake-up times gradually
