I'm skilled at creating both focused and comprehensive ABA programs that address a wide range of developmental domains, including communication, social skills, and life skills.I also teach Behavioural Science as a professor and hold a Doctorate in Education from the University of Toronto, having co-authored the textbook ASD in the Canadian Context. Raneta Krylov - Registered Behaviour Analyst

With over two decades of experience in behavioral science, I bring not only technical expertise but also a deep, long-term perspective on human growth and development. Having supported many clients from early childhood into adulthood, I’ve gained a unique understanding of what truly matters in fostering meaningful, lifelong change. This continuity of care allows me to design programs that balance immediate behavioral goals with long-term independence, confidence, and quality of life.

My approach as a Clinical Supervisor is rooted in compassion, clarity, and collaboration. I believe that the most effective interventions are both evidence-based and practical—tailored to the individual’s environment, learning style, and personal strengths. By simplifying complex behavioral principles into everyday strategies, I ensure that families, educators, and support teams feel confident and capable in their roles.

As a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario and a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), I combine academic rigor with real-world application. I lead with a person-centered philosophy, emphasizing empowerment and partnership at every stage. My supervisory style focuses on mentorship, clinical precision, and reflective practice—helping clinicians and therapists grow their professional confidence while ensuring high-quality service delivery for every client.

Above all, my goal as a supervisor is to inspire others to see the bigger picture: behavioral change is not only about achieving short-term targets but about nurturing resilient, capable individuals who can thrive in their communities. Through consistent guidance, open communication, and shared learning, I strive to cultivate both professional excellence and meaningful human outcomes.
